New Delhi, Oct 8: Farhan Akhtar's recently released music video titled 'Jaane Ye Kyun Kiya' has garnered 10 million views and is moving ahead to bag a place in the world's top trending videos list.
The music video shows the actor at his creative best, and the picturesque locales are a bonus point that is the icing on the cake.
It is spun around love lost since ages. The video juxtaposes black and white narratives of past and present times, depicting happier times of the past and misery of the present. Akhtar's husky voice adds to the poignant mood prevalent in the flick as he feels lonely in a "desolate" world.
Thanking for the love and appreciation received by the audience and fans, Farhan took to his social media handle expressing "#JaaneYeKyunKiya crosses 10 million views .. thank you so much for the love and a reason to smile'.
'Jaane Ye Kyun Kiya', shot in Iceland, showcases Farhan Akhtar at his musical best.
The actor has collaborated with Indian composer, instrumentalist and lyricist, Rochak Kohli, who has produced the song.
On the work front, Farhan is gearing up for his upcoming film 'The Sky Is Pink'. This movie of Shonali Bose's reunites Farhan with his 'Dil Dhadakne Do' co-star Priyanka Chopra.
Farhan will also be releasing Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt starrer 'Gully Boy' next year. (UNI)
