Mumbai, Jan 14: The Rupee on Tuesday fell by two paise at 71.88 against the greenback on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, the dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit opened on a steady note at 71.86 finally it ended weak at 70.88, sliding by two paise as compared to its last close. The domestic unit recorded day high and low at 71.96 and 71.82 respectively. The Rupee slipped on strong Dollar against other world currencies, they added. (UNI)
