Mumbai, Sep 25 : The Rupee on Wednesday slipped further by seven paise to 71.07 in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
Weak opening in the stock market and unabated foreign fund outflows also weighed on the domestic currency, dealers informed.
The local unit registered intraday high and low at 71.12 and 71.03 respectively. Rupee settled at 71.00 against the US Dollar on Tuesday. (UNI)
