Mumbai, Jul 15: The Rupee on Monday smartly recovered by 14 paise to end positive at 68.54 on fresh selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at Forex Market said.
The local unit that rose by 15 paise to 68.53 in opening trade and finally closed at 68.54, advancing by 14 paise as compared to its last close.
The Indian rupee bounced back on weak dollar against other world currencies along with rebounding equity market.
High oscillation was seen during the intra day today as it registered day high and low at 68.60 and 68.52 respectively, they added. (UNI)
