New Delhi, June 21: Fuel prices remain unchanged on Friday.
In Delhi, petrol was retailing at Rs 69.93 per litre and diesel stood at Rs 63.78 per litre.

In Mumbai, while petrol was valued at Rs 75.63 per litre, diesel retailed at Rs 66.87 a litre.

According to the Indian Oil Corporation, petrol was retailing at Rs 72.19 per litre in Kolkata, while diesel costs Rs 65.70 a litre.
Petrol in Chennai retailed at Rs 72.64 per litre while diesel cost Rs 67.46 a litre.

In Noida, petrol was available at a price of Rs 69.94 per litre and diesel stood at Rs 63.27 a litre.

While petrol in Gurugram was priced at Rs 70.46 a litre, diesel was being sold at Rs 63.36 p/l.

As per the country's dynamic pricing mechanism, the domestic fuel prices depend upon International fuel prices on a 15-day average and the value of the rupee.

The price of the two fuels retailing at the petrol pumps is calculated after adding central excise duty, dealers commission and value-added tax (VAT) to the base price.

The prices are revised at 0600 hrs daily, while earlier, they used to be revised every fortnight. (UNI)
