Mumbai, Jan 28: The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday tanked by 180 points to 35,840 on positive global cues.
The benchmark index of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Nifty, slipped by 67 points to 10712. The sectoral indices led by auto, pharma, banking etc are trading lower while software industry is trading higher. .
The gainers were Zee Entertain by 9.48% to Rs.348.60 Larsen by 2.61% to Rs.1,318, Wipro 2.33 % to Rs.361, Bharati Infratel 1.73% to Rs.284.
The losers were Adani ports by Rs. 7.68$ to 345, Indiabulls Housing by 5.93% to Rs.700 Ultratech Cement by 4.09% to Rs. 3367 Bajaj Finance 2.96% to Rs. 2,522 and ICICI Bank 2.76% to Rs. 347.
