Kejriwal condoles demise of senior Pulmonologist

New Delhi, May 24 : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday condoled the death of a senior Pulmonologist at AIIMS, who lost his life to the pandemic novel coronavirus. Dr Jitendra Nath Pande succumbed to Coronavirus this week, who after his retirement from AIIMS was continuing to work in these times until his demise. Taking to twitter, Delhi Chief Minister in his message referring to a news report said, 'Heartfelt condolences to Dr Pande's family.

He retired from AIIMS after a long career of service but continued to work in another hospital until his unfortunate demise this week due to Corona. Delhi salutes you sir. RIP.' Earlier, on Saturday Dr Sangita Reddy, also condoled the death of Dr Pande. Dr Reddy who is the Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group taking to twitter on Saturday said, 'Deeply saddened to hear that today @covid19 claimed it's most illustrious victim Dr. J.N Pande Director & Prof of Pulmonology @aiims_newdelhi. A stalwart of the medical world his work in pulmonology will continue to ensure better health for many. My Condolences to his family.' (UNI)
