New Delhi, May 23 : The Transport Department of the national capital is planning to begin with disinfection services of public as well as private vehicles at the fuel pumps with minimum charges. Disinfection services at the fuel stations were being planned across the city for the vehicles against minimum cost and were likely to start in a week's time, the government said.
Meanwhile, Delhi government has made disinfection mandatory for the buses that have now started plying in the lock down 4, and also for the transit vehicles such as the autos , taxis after a trip. '' A facility is being planned at the petrol pumps as well as CNG stations in Delhi to provide disinfection services to passenger as well as private vehicles at a minimum cost. It is likely to be operationalised within a week,'' a statement from the office of Transport Minister Delhi said. (UNI)
