As exit polls predictions, Congress has drawn a blank in the Delhi polls with all its 70 candidates defeated.

The winnable candidate, Alka Lamba is also currently trailed at Chandni Chowk constituency. The voting share of Congress also went down around 8 percent, says the latest analysis.

Congress leaders have already hailed the victory of Arvind Kejriwal as historic. This election, Congress had nothing new to take to the campaign trail except the old charm created by its late leader Sheila Dixit. But the results proved it did not go down well with the voters. It is said that the completed lack of strategy and unity was the key reason behind Congress debacle. Responding to the election results, Congress leader Sharmishtha said that there was enough introspection and now the need of the hour is to act.
