New Delhi, Jan 11: Expressing confidence of BJP's victory in the February 8 Delhi Assembly polls, Union Minister and BJP's Delhi election In-charge Prakash Javadekar on Saturday said the party will get full majority in the upcoming polls.
Addressing the first meeting of party's election committee for the Assembly elections, which was held at the Delhi BJP office, he said, 'BJP will get full majority in this Assembly election. After a long time, the party is coming to power in Delhi. BJP is not in power in Delhi, but still works for the development of Delhi.
'We will appeal to the voters of Delhi to vote for BJP, so that the MCD, the government of Delhi and the Central Government may work together for the development of national capital.'
He said BJP workers selflessly work for the development of society and this is their specialty.
'The rest of the parties practice dynastic politics, where only one family runs the show, but the BJP is one family and is run in a democratic manner. BJP listens to the voices of workers, seeks advice from them, only then takes a decision,' he added.
He said there are 50 prominent BJP workers in every Assembly constituency, which means 70 Assembly constituencies have almost 3500 workers, who have suggested the name of their favorite candidate, now after considering all those names, the candidates will be selected for the Delhi Assembly elections.
