New Delhi, June 14: The National Capital on Friday continued to reel under intense hot weather with the maximum temperature in the afternoon rising to 45 degrees Celsius.
According to the Met office, strong surface winds are likely towards the evening. The sky was mainly clear during the day.
Relative humidity was 43 per cent so far in the day, according to the Met office. However, air quality was moderate in the city with an index value of 168 at 3 pm, according to the Central Pollution Control Board.
Minimum temperature recorded here in the morning was 29.8 degrees C, according to the Met official. (UNI)
