Wanted Haryana gangster nabbed by Delhi Police

New Delhi, Jun 8 : Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a dreaded Haryana based gangster of the NCR region after the hunt went on for around 2 months. According to police, the wanted Haryana criminal Ravinder Badwasni was nabbed from Delhi's RK Puram on Friday evening when he had come to meet some of his associates according to the intel received by the police.

He was absconding for over an year after his alleged involvement in sensational murder case of Satywan Malik in Rohtak, Haryana.He was carrying a reward of Rs 50000 on his arrest by Haryana Police for the same case, police added.

A semi automatic pistol of .32 along with 6 live cartridges were recovered from his possession at the time he was apprehended and was further arrested under relevant sections of law of Arms Act.According to the Special Cell officer, Badwasni was frequenting in Delhi, Gurugram and other adjoining NCR regions and he was planning to kill a rival gangster.

He was residing in a posh locality in Gurugram for the last 6 months and was trying to regroup his gang to kill other members of his rival gangs.
Further probe is underway to trace other gang members. (UNI)
