Juvenile allegedly beaten to death for theft attempt, three held

New Delhi, Sep 4: A juvenile was allegedly beaten to death when he was trying to intrude in a house in a bid to attempt a theft at northwest Mukundpur area in Delhi on Tuesday, police said.

According to the police, he tried to enter the house and was caught. It is being said that he was caught by the resident of the said house and local people also came up and thrashed the minor.

The police have arrested the three accused in connection with the crime, all are from the same family, and other three are on the run. The accused are identified as Nand Kishore, Raj Kishore , Triveni, Deshraj, Sant Lal and Sohanlal.

A case under section 304 IPC has been registered at Bhalaswa dairy police station. As per local reports, the deceased had come from Bihar around 15 days ago and was staying at a relative's house. (UNI)
