New Delhi, Oct 6: During Joy of Giving Week ‘DaanUtsav2018’, four organisations have come forward to support the cause of treating children suffering with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).
CHD, the most common congenital anomaly in newborn babies, refers to the structural heart defects during birth of a child.
Under this unique partnership, children from the Raigad district of Maharashtra will be screened for CHD and supported for their medical surgeries. Surgeries would take place in Wockhardt Hospital, globally renowned for their medical facilities and service.
Oracle began supporting heart surgeries for under-privileged children suffering from CHD throughout India in the spring of this year. (UNI)
