Guwahati, Aug 9 : Fortis Healthcare, India’s leading integrated healthcare delivery service provider, donated a sum of Rs one crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Assam, to support and aid rehabilitation efforts by the state government for flood-affected victims.
A team from the healthcare group led by Asrita Dhir, Head, Corporate Social Responsibility, Fortis Healthcare, met Assam Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal in New Delhi yesterday and presented a cheque to him.
Dhir said, “We feel grateful that we could meet the Chief Minister and make a humble contribution towards the much-needed relief and rehabilitation efforts being driven by the State Government.
