Itanagar, Jun 4 : Arunachal Pradesh reported four new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, taking the state's tally to 42. As per Directorate of Health Services, all fresh cases have been detected from a quarantine facility and all are asymptomatic.
Of the four new cases, three were reported from Changlang and one from Aalo under West Siang district. Total number of active cases stand at 41 as the state has seen just one recovery so far.
The highest single-day spike of 18 COVID-19 cases was reported on Monday. Pertinent to mention here that the first COVID-19 positive patient was discharged from Tezu hospital on April 17, after he tested negative for the lethal virus. (UNI)
