Vijayawada, Jun 1 : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy will meet Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Tuesday. Official sources said, the Chief Minister will leave by a flight to the National Capital from Gannavaram Airport near here at 10 AM. He will meet Mr Shah in the evening and discuss various issues including relaxations in the Coronavirus lockdown.
The Chief Minister would also meet some Union Ministers during his visit to discuss various issues including sharing of Krishna water with Telangana and financial position of the State. Sources said that efforts are also being made to get Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appointment.
The Chief Minister had already written a letter to Mr Modi explaining the poor financial status of the state. The Chief Minister will return to the state on Wednesday, Sources added. YSRCP MPs V Vijay Sai Reddy and P V Mithun Reddy would accompany the Chief Minister during his visit to Delhi. (UNI)
