Amaravati, June 13: Leader of the Opposition and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said in the Assembly on Thursday that 'his voice will not come down and his fighting spirit is still intact'.
When Naidu started congratulating the newly elected Speaker, his mike did not function properly. He alleged that the control of the mike is in the hands of ruling party leaders for which the ruling party members responded vociferously.
Countering their comments, Naidu said: “My voice and my fighting spirit have not come down and they are intact. I have seen two defeats and three election victories.” He made it clear that he did not want to create a controversy on the isuse. (UNI)
