Vijayawada, Apr 13: YSR Congress Party Spokesperson Botsa Satyanarayana alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is finding fault with the National Institutions due to his inefficiency and making much ado for failure of only few EVMs in the state during the general election held on April 11.

He objected to Mr Naidu lodging a complaint with Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sunil Arora on EVMs in New Delhi earlier in the day.

Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, he reminded that Mr Naidu had won the General Election in 2014 in which the the same EVMs were used for polling and now he is expressing doubts on the accuracy of EVMs.

He predicted that the TDP is going taste a debacle in the election.

Mr.Satyanarayana condemned registering a case against Sattenapalli YSRCP MLA candidate Ambati Rambabu for allegedly attacking Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao. The YSRCP would win 150 seats in the election, he further predicted.
Meanwhile, addressing a press conference in Guntur on today, Mr Rambabu alleged that the Assembly Speaker has criminal mentality. He goes to any extent to win election.

Referring to registering a case against him in connection with the attack on polling day, he said Mr Sivaprasada Rao created trouble at a polling station at Enumetla village in Rajupalem mandal with a fear that he was going to be defeated.

The Speaker allegedly indulged in capturing of booths and threatening voters which led to clash between the TDP and YSRCP activists in which the Speaker was assaulted, he said.

Mr Rambabu said that despite he did not go to Enumetla village, a case was registered against him. He asked the Assembly Speaker to clarify on why he went to the polling station with his followers.

The YSRCP leader accused the Speaker of indulging in rigging at the polling station. When the YSRCP leaders tried to lodge a complaint, the police did not respond, he flayed. (UNI)
