Hyderabad, Mar 3: Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Department said on Sunday.
In a bulletin here, it said that the same situation will prevail in Coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 6 and 7. The maximum temperatures is likely to rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next three days. Dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema during the next five days except the above period, the bulletin said.
Rain occurred at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the last 24 hours, while dry weather prevailed in Telangana and Rayalaseema during the same period.
In Telangana, the highest maximum temperature of 36 degree Celsius was recorded at Mahabubnagar, while the lowest minimum temperature of 19 degree Celsius was recorded at Adilabad during the last 24 hours.
In Hyderabad, the maximum and minimum temperatures stood at 32 and 22 degrees Celsius, respectively.
In Andhra Pradesh, the maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius was recorded at Anantapur, Kurnool and Nanayal , while the lowest minimum temperature of 19 degree Celsius was recorded at Arogyavaram. In Vijayawada, the maximum and minimum temperatures stood at 33 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively, the bulletin added. (UNI)
