Refugees numbers increasing

The U.N. Refugee agency said that a record 65.6 million people have been displaced world-wide. The estimate figure for 2016 is an increase of 300000, according to its annual report. The U.N. High Commissioner for refugees Filippo Grandi said it was still a disheartening failure of international diplomacy. “The world seems to have become unable to make peace”, he said.
