Theresa May visits victims of fire

The British Prime  Minister Theresa May has finally visited the victims in the Grenfell tower fire and enquired of their well being. On Thursday, she was booed off when she left the venue without talking to anybody affected by the tragedy. In a TV interview on Friday too, she sidestepped on the question whether she has misread public mood.

Meanwhile the 91 year old queen Elizabeth, whose birthday falls on Saturday , has said,:”Today is a traditional day of celebration. This year ,however it  is very difficult to escape a very sombre national mood”.

According to the police 58 persons died in the fire and so many affected by fire in the Grenfell tower.
